The goal was to eliminate dependency on third-party CRMs by building a centralized, intuitive solution that streamlined client management, team collaboration, and performance monitoring. This web-based CRM was designed from the ground up to support lead tracking, task management, role-based access, and analytics with a modular, scalable interface.

  • Build an intuitive task and lead management system using a kanban-style interface.

  • Integrate analytics and dashboards to track performance and operational efficiency.

  • Conducted stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and pain points from each user group.

  • Mapped user journeys and created detailed wireframes for core modules such as dashboards, team management, lead pipelines, and reporting.

  • Designed a kanban-style task and lead management experience optimized for speed and clarity.

  • Developed a component-based UI system in Figma for reusability and design consistency across modules.

  • Delivered interactive prototypes and conducted design reviews with stakeholders for iterative feedback.

  • Worked closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation through detailed handoff files and UI specifications.
