Silo Inc. required a custom CRM platform tailored to their internal workflows across sales, support, and administrative teams. The goal was to eliminate dependency on third-party CRMs by building a centralized, intuitive solution that streamlined client management, team collaboration, and performance monitoring. This web-based CRM was designed from the ground up to support lead tracking, task management, role-based access, and analytics with a modular, scalable interface.
